Every workshop has a product it needs to produce its own. Bannerlord workshop: Make easy money Bannerlord caravan Grips can take hours each, raw metal prob take a long fuckin time, and making an entire fucking sword of any good quality can take easily take well over 8 hours just to forge, not to mention all the other shit, and one could likely FORGE abt 8 mass produced, mostly usable quality swords in 8 hours, not a mind the hilt grinding sharpening and - Auto-switch on death might cause a stackoverflow and a CTD, so prefer not to use it for the moment. I changed their production to smithy, and still - they produce zero income for months now. Are they bugged? No, I also made good money in other towns. Just make sure that a village which produces wool is attached. Also make sure the town doesn't have a wool weaver, otherwise buy it and set it to produce something else and then change it to a wool weaver.
